Refunds and Return Policy
Cancellations due to any and all reasons are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.   

Our policy is that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
• Items that did not arrive, were lost, damaged or stolen after shipment and insurance was not purchased.
• Items that you disagree with the grade or condition
• Items that are damaged or defective 
• Items that have been purchased by mistake 
• Items that you regret purchasing 

We understand this might be inconvenient for some customers, but as a consignment service business, we believe it to be necessary to ensure quality and out of respect of our consignors. By purchasing through Kanto Shark Marketplace, you agree that there are no returns unless granted permission by Kanto Shark in extremely limited circumstances.
