We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received. Any items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: We will refund the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
